*If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. Do NOT iron the printed design.

*Tumble dry low or hang-dry.

*Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

We Print, Dry, Heat Cure, Iron & Prepare each individual order By Hand, AFTER we have received your order.

It takes us between 2-4 business days to prepare, print and package your order. Your order is then shipped to you via USPS.

USPS will deliver your order in approximately 2-5 business days within the United States (depending on your location).

We ship out to the exact address provided by you. If you need to change an address please contact us before we have shipped out your order. Once your order has been shipped we cannot redirect your mail to a different address, please contact the USPS for possible assistance.

Due to COVID-19 there may be shipping delays on occasion. All U.S. shipping carriers (including USPS) are experiencing unprecedented demand due to COVID-19. We do our very best on our end to make sure your order is printed and shipped out as soon as possible so it arrives on time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Within the U.S., standard shipping is $3.50.

International Shipping

Due to shipping delays with all carriers as a result of Covid-19, we are currently only offering shipping within the U.S. and Canada for the time being.

Returns and exchange details

We want you to be 100% happy on your purchase and gladly offer exchanges or returns within 30 days of purchase for new unworn items only. Please email any return/exchange requests to info@rarearthco.com.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 30 days from order date is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Returned items must be the same condition they were sent. They must be new, unworn, unwashed with no smell of perfumes, colognes, cigarette smoke, pet hairs, stains, etc. These returns will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you.

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns will be the customer's responsibility. We will gladly pay ONLY for the shipping involved in sending you a replacement for your exchange. Shipping cost will be deducted from the Refund Amount on returns.

We do not provide refunds for orders that have been delivered to an address that you have incorrectly given us. We place tracking and delivery confirmation on all orders. Therefore once a package has been delivered the postal service will mark the item as “Delivered”. Refunds will not be provided for false claims of not having received items if the tracking confirmation states that it has been Delivered.
